Klear Karma is a trust-layer protocol for the wellness space. It replaces directory-based discovery with a reflection-first system that helps seekers articulate what they need before they choose a practitioner.
Founded in 2026 by Shesh Narayan Iyer, the company is currently in pre-launch, building a verification cohort of practitioners in Thailand and India.

Shesh Narayan Iyer — Founder, Klear Karma
Shesh builds systems that help people find human guidance without losing their agency. Before Klear Karma, he spent years observing how seekers navigate wellness directories — and how consistently those directories fail to create trust.
His approach combines protocol design (how trust moves between people), automated research pipelines (Brandmint + NotebookLM), and a content-first go-to-market strategy that treats every artifact as a gravitational field for the right audience.
He is based between Bangkok and India, works primarily in English, and is actively seeking practitioners, partners, and early supporters who believe reflection should precede transaction.
